I was going to do the ATF treatment to my car, but I heard you have to remove your cat otherwise it will get clogged. If I took my cat off I was considering not putting it back on until I get a free flow one. would removing the cat make a big difference?? What are the gains and losses of removing your cat.

I remember reading that this will help alot if you have high-milage (100k) on your motor. I only have about 30k miles. Anyone think this would be useless to do? (I have a bored-out cat. and am replacing the spark plugs this weekend or next.)

the atf treatment is for unsticking the motor if its stuck. all it will do for a running motor is make your neighbors think your trying to burn your house down

I have the cats out on all my vehicles, it is a very noticable difference on a rotary that is for sure. The downside would be if you live in a state that requires you keep the cats installed.
