I am considering getting the wheel adapters from CP racing to convert my 4X110 pattern to 5X114.3 so I can put either 15" or 17" wheels on my 1979 RX-7. Has anyone used the wheel adapters? Will 17" wheels fit, and with what offset and tire size. Post a picture if you have 17's on your car. Thanks for all the help. I'm planning the restoration of my car for next spring. I've had it since 1989.

Thanks. I have found that 17's will fit, however I need to know what offset and tiresize I need to fit 17's. The offset will be different with the adapters as it moves the wheel to the outside of the car the width of the adapter. Anyone use the CP racing adapters?

Thanks, I'll check around. I've also thought of switching to the gsl le suspension to gain rear disc brakes and have the 4x 114.3 bolt pattern, but i'm unsure where to find a donor car.
