From what I remember the fuel pressure for a Dellorto running on a 13B was 4.5 psi exact, but volume is also important. Holley used to make one that fit right into this range(4-6psi) and also had the correct volume- No regulator needed. I had it on my street ported GSL-SE and worked fine. Oh and your right about the cold the Dellorto's, even a good well tuned Dellorto doesn't like the cold for some reason. After everything is said and done and ones you get it tuned right you still may need to fabricate something to recirculate some warm air to it from your exhaust. I'm colder here than all you guys and mine gave no hassels once the motor warmed up.I just had to fab up some linkages.My dellorto was from the states so it was surpising it started up in -33*C
