You think he'd have dropped the price by now.

I posted a link for an auction for the same car a couple months back. The price was $6000 (too much), at first, and then the price was dropped down to $4000. I've seen other FBs, even GS models, with around the same mileage and condition go for more money. Keep in mind that even though a JDM 12A turbo isn't the most powerful rotary engine, they are rare and that adds value. I think that since the car is RHD and the seller has poor feedback, are the main reasons that the car hasn't sold yet for that price.
