79-80 stock replacement for the RX-7 is a 3 row and it shouldnt have a problem keepin a bridgey cool. Im swappin over to one and I plan to run a street ported turbo 12A.

just purchased a 3-row radiator for my 80, from Foreign Car Parts in Dallas TX, its not all aluminum, but it has aluminum core w/copper tanks. Came from a company named CSF, it works great on my 13B monster street port. Threw in some 40 below just in case, and a 180 stat (160 on the way) I run it hard and temp is at about 175ish at all times.

Ill find you a cheaper bolt on type, just let me find the link for it.

scroll to about mid page, I think its something like 200 bucks cheaper. radiator link or you could also have www.alumrad.com custom build one for you. 735 just sounds a bit much.

The Mazda Factory Race alumium radiator is from AWR/Ron Davis. It can be found at http://www.awrracing.com/pages/cooling.html for $533 (tall) or $450 (short); or cheaper through Mazdaspeed. I have also used older Corvette radiators but those are over $700.

Whatever radiator you choose remember air flow is very important; pay attention to the ducting and fan shrouds.

You could also have your stock radiator recored with a new, larger core adding 1 additional row. Any goor radiator shop can do this, and the cost will probably be under or near $100. Dosen't have the "bling" factor of a polished aluminum one, but it will keep your engine cool.
