i reacentally purchased a 1979 rx 7 i have acouple of ghosts that i need help with first is when i start it it smokes and when i rev it to about 5k it smokes to beat hell it doesent smell like oil or antifrezethis car sat for 5 years before i got it another think is there is a little pipe comming out by the exaustwhat is this another thing is the buzzer goesoff constantally whatdo i checkdoes anyone know where i can get a glass insert for the sunroof?

 

um sentances are your friend, lists work too



they have buzzers for low oil, and low coolant so you need to finger out which one it is.



the little pipe is like the airpump exit or something, its a funky old mazda thing



the smoke, maybe oil? coolant? fuel?

thereis way too much for condensation i am thinking that it is oil it does it at 5000 rpmand only when the choke is off

 

Does the motor get up to operating temp?



My 7 was smoking BIG time until I put a thermostat in it. Now, it only smokes at

startup.
