Default 1979 rx 7 with weber dcoe 45 carb

hello guys,
we are trying to get our rx7 from 1979 running properly with the weber dcoe 45 carb.
but our problem is that the car will start and run if you keep giving it throttle but as soon as you let off the throttle it wil stall and fuel will start pouring out of the horns/trumpets. the progression holes are closed and the venturi seems to be secured propperly, we have set our fuel pressure on 2psi and also tried down to 1 psi and also checked the float wich isn't filled with fuel. i have been searching the interned but i can only find the same solutions wich doesn't work for us. so if u guys have any idea's or possible solutions please let me know.

greatings,
steve
