Only the DKM could rev like that, and nobody outside of NSU has one as far as I know.

yea about 100,000 RPMs

 

my 12a revs that high because i use MMO in it.

 

Maybe one of those teeny tiny penny-sized rotors?

 

If you use a light machine oil, like sewing machine oil, instead of that heavy motor oil stuff, you can get them up to 28000 RPM. Or so I have heard.
