hey guyz bet your tired of my topics but i have a friend with an fc and he said that they over enginerred the 12a and that it is capable of reving to 22,000 rpms granted it dosent make in power up there but i just wanted to know if it was true or not.

It's too bad your friend doesn't have a 12A to try to rev that high. It would be fun for him to try it.

mine hit 10,000 RPM 2 or 3 times for like 2 seconds and nothing happend, it ran better the next day though

22k rpms ya i dont think so, hell on a miss shift in my s3 i had it hit 10k and it wasnt pretty.

i know you have to remove the rev limiter to do it but still there not a tak around to show that high so i guess you would need some kind of special equipent at a garage to test this and a 12a you dont care about.

I would say your buddy doesnt know his *** from a hole in the ground. Yah little motorcycle motors can pull it off because they have pistons the size of oreos and very little stroke. Talk this guy into pickin up a 7 and trying it out.

I've seen a 12a in Puerto Rico hit 12500 (according to the driver, he seemed a bit deaf after the boom) then the flywheel shot out and almost cut the car in half, it was awesome.........
