Smile No spark RX7 13B

I have installed a rebuilt 1989 13B in a 1984 Limited Edition RX7. It has Dellorto Carb Racing Beat Headers and exhaust, new spark plug new ignition wires, and the ignitors test good. Timing is correct as can be without running the engine and adjusting with timing light. The air gap in the distributor is correct. Engine turns over the starter but will not start. There seems to be no spark. Plenty of fuel is being provided. Can anyone offer a solution? Any idea what I should check next. I've run out of ideas. Yes I have cleaned the leads that connect to the coils and the coils have the correct resistance. There is power to the leads that connect to the ignitors and the ignitors have tested good.

Default Re: No spark RX7 13B

More information on my no spark problem is now available. But I am still no closer to solving the problem. When this problem started I had 10 good igniter, now I have four. My 1984 RX7 Limited Edition has no spark. The igniters test good, the air gap is good,Dist. Cap rotor and spark plug and wires are all new. I took a distributor my 81 and installed it in the 84. the 84 started and ran for about 15-20 seconds. When it stopped it would not start again. there was no spark. I put the distributor back in the 81 and now the 81 has no spark. Something in the 84 is causing this problem. Evan after this the igniters continue to test good according to the test in the Haynes manual. Who's the genius who can help me solve this problem

One more question. These RX7s use a remotely resisted coil. Where are the Resisters located in the car?
