Finished the small parts in the lathe today after work. There is key-way, an oil-injector and grinding left on them only.

Thats all for now! Will start on the project now again, have bought a house, broken som bones ona track-day with my CBR900 and so on...

I have calculated and made an choice of involute-splines in the rear this week. Have only CAD-pics on it, but maybe you like that to

i've seen some cool builds over the years... but this is one of the coolest builds i've seen. PLEASE keep up the good work and post as many pics as you can.

Yes, hopefully I will learn more and more if the engine, and even more before it's starting up I hope, so I donät need to do it all again

this isn't a "build" thread but more of a manufacture thread. lol. looks like its going to be a killer build though. definetly watching this. cheers mate.

Very important for me is that you all understand that I'm not an company or working in a Speedshop. I'm working with CNC-mill, and have the opportunity from my boss to use the machines at nights and weekends for private projects.

The whole project are payed with own money, no sponsors or gifts



The whole concept are my own drawings. Got bored searching for any hints on the Internet and all of our forums about 4rotor. Decided to use MasterCam X4, and Inventor to draw the shaft my self

Therefore I don't can guarantee that it works



The complete shaft will cost about 10K SEK, that is about 1400 USD today
