I'm a cnc programmer/machinist and my mind is blown! Now if i could just figure out Solidworks. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

what a great read/look. hopefully i am doing similar work one day, will stick to my die grinder in the meantime milling machine is on the cards

SW isn't too bad. It was like Chinese to me when I first looked at the program...2 days into it I was designing nice looking wheels, gears, intake runners, etc. Once you get the hang of the main tools, it becomes much easier. Youtube tutorials help a ton.
