Oakland is a shitty place. 3-4 inmates from bay area prisons get dropped off at Oakland after they get out. Its just an Oakland thing.

When I first visited friends in Berkeley/San Fran/Oakland, I could have sworn it looked like Gotham city straight out of the first Batman movie.
