Just got it from Maine! Engine in great condition but the trans is stuck in neutral.

Just outta curiosity, the "rotary power" on the tail gate.

Is that painted on and is the metal raised for the lettering?

I mean to say that if the paint or whatever the white is was gone, could you still see the words in the metal?

Feel like total stickers. Just really thick stickers. I dont know for sure.... Well, now starts the shopping list which i can tell will take years to aquire. I know FD3Boost and Scalliwag (possibly the other forum) both just got REPUs so i hope to keep in contact with all of you guys cause my knowledge of the truck is limited at best.

Nice project.Looks like the rust removal and restoration will take awhile tho.At least it runs.Damn tail lights and other small parts will be a pain to find tho.

Rotary Power on the tailgate is a factory sticker.. Vintagerotarydecals.com makes a complete replacement set.. and they also make replacement VIN plates incase yours (like mine) is completely illegible..
