It took them 3 weeks from when I paid for them to ship my product. The prices aren't bad on certain parts but the shipping and customer service is NOT GOOD. They kept emailing me saying, "expect delays while we attend SEMA"... so while they are chillin at SEMA, the customers are just supposed to wait for them to get back? WTF?

I've been to their store here in So. Cal. It's pretty sad :( All they did was rent a small place in an industrial center (making it ridiculously hard to find) and staff it with 2 people in their late teens/early twenties. There are just a few piles of boxed parts and 1 row of display items. The owner himself is pretty nice and easy to haggle with, but the peons he hires aren't worth talking to.

Their website is a very flashy front, imho

Well ok, let me expand on what i said earlier...

I went in maybe a month ago to ask about their Cusco strut bars. They have several different types listed on their site, so I thought I might drop in and pick one up instead of combing the forums for a used one. I asked the guy working there the diff between the d-shaped and oval shaft ones, and also why the alum one was $30 less than those (if it was a real p.o.s.) They salesman just replied that the alum was "probably weaker", and that the d-shaped and oval ones are prob. just a preference issue. It didn't seem like he knew much beyond the realm of "probably".

I asked how much he was willing to sell out-the-door for one of the $155 bars...... he'd have to talk to the owner, Tony Yeh (who used to own a high-profile Kameleon FD). Fine, so I asked which ones he had in stock, cuz I just wanted to pick one up and throw it on the same day. HE ACTUALLY SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS IN STOCK BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL IN BOXES (but he did point out that he had 'something'). What kind of a business is that, where you don't even know what inventory you have to sell to someone right in front of you?!?! He said he'd have to wait for the owner to come back and he'd call me back (which he never did).

Their prices are very good on a lot of things, esp. if you deal with the owner in person or on the phone. I got my blitz SUS intake for my FD, which they list for $340+shipping/tax, for $300 + tax only because I paid with a credit card. I'm sure he was willing to go $300 out-the-door.

As an interesting side note, I met another FD owner who knows some of the ass-clowns that work there. The employees get about 30% off msrp for all apexi, blitz, and some other brands.

I ordered a Cusco Lower Arm Bar from them. Unfortunately, it is true that their customer service skills are definitely not up to par. They didn't have the product in stock and had to call their distributor to find out when it would arrive. It took a little longer than expected. I had to initiate 3 calls to inquire as to whether the product arrived yet.

The product did arrive. I am satisfied w/ the product as it was brand new in packaging. I'm just not exactly satisfied w/ the lack of proper communication.

Am I satisfied w/ the product? Yes.

Would I order from them again? I dunno.
