Rx7 13b 4 Ur Azz: Bad Buyer

I recieved payment from RX7 13B 4 UR AZZ on Dec. 25th for a driveshaft via paypal. The driveshaft was shipped out on Dec. 28th. to the address he provided me with through the paypal transaction. The week after i shipped the driveshaft, the buyer sent me an email stating that he could not recieve the package at the address becuase it belongs to a company from which he got fired. I replied that there was nothign i could do as the package has been sent. On jan. 14th, the package was "returned, refused/unclaimed" and was sent back to me.
I emailed the buyer, telling him that i would send him a total for the additional shipping charges that he needed to pay for me to ship it back out to him.
Now today i got a Paypal claim filed against my account because the item was not recieved yet.
So now my paypal funds are frozen and im stuck with shipping the package out again. If paypal decides that the buyer deserves a refund then im out of $30 i spent on shipping the driveshaft to florida and then the amount it cost to bring it back to me, what that is im not sure yet.
I tried to be reasonable and i understand that he wants his part, but it was totally his fault and now hes trying to screw me buy filing a claim against me.

Just show your documentation of previous shipping and paypal will protect you not him. Show copies of emails if possible. I am sick of cry-baby buyers myself.

Ok, i dont understand, i provided paypal with the tracking number for the original shipment... the online tracking information does not show the address the package was delivered to, so prior to submitting the tracking number, i called paypal and they assured me that they deal with shipping companies all the time and know how tracking numbers work.
Today i got an email telling me that "Because either you did not provide the tracking information or the information you provided was invalid, we have determined that the buyer is due a full refund."
WTF is wrong with paypal?

Hey this is a miss understanding look i need the drive shaft and i was waiting on a reply for the return shipping but never got it but for my protection becuase you can only file a claim with paypal before 45 days on payment being sent if i did not file a claim and lets say you decided to skip sending me the drive shaft since you had my money and the drive shaft I would have been out of $200 bucks. I need the driveshaft you need the money lets resolve this. Ohh and plus you did not responde to my last few e mails so i got spooked

I did not give him a bum address i was working for the company and within the time it took to get here i had a violent break up at my old job and my x boss rejected the package. after i got in contact with him and told him to re ship it that I would pay for shiping costs he never replied to how much he needed for shipping. he hasent even responded in this thread of how much it is.
