I know this should be in the vendor forum but I am focking about had it with thoses guys.Every goddamn time i order parts from them its 2 days later than what it should have been.Ordered some parts on a monday second day air--order was placed at like 11.00 there time---got it thursday, and now I was needing alot of hoses and a trans mount, ordered tuesday---second day air--figured they would dick me again and send it out late.Well ****--here it is Friday--ups just ran and no parts. Thanks mazdatrix---Its pretty damn bad when you pay to have **** on time and all they do is jerk your chain.Another weekend that work could have been done --

Damn you got screwed then. Cause I ordered a water pump on Thirsday. Got it on Monday. Ordered a Water level sensor on thursday. Got it today. Shipping was cheap and fast. Maybe they were too busy with my orders https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

dont feel bad. they pull the same crap with me. you pay extra money for shipping because your in a bind , and it shows up about 2-3 ddays( sometimes a week) after it should. always screws up the weekend, then youve got to work at night after work. mazdatrix knows their **** but theyre pricks.

I've always gotten my parts on time. The only problem I had was when UPS messed up and sent a box from Mazdatrix to PA, back to CA, and THEN to NY. You should check to see when the parts were actually shipped. If they have the parts in stock they'll usually ship them the same day that you order them, as long as it's before about 2 or 3 PM PST.

THis is why you go to 2 measly Auto-Crosses a year and get a MAZDACOMP sponsership. Free Ground shipping, Next day at ACTUAL cost and prices that even Ray (Malloy Mazda or Brian @ Mazdaformance) can't touch. Its the one EXCELLANT service MAZDA still GIVES the RX-7 owner.

I have never had a problem with them. I've bought quite a bit of stuff and it always arrives when it's supposed to. Have you talked this over with them?

He shouldn't have to "talk over" anything. When you order something, and pay the extra cash for it to arrive sooner, it should be there. If you order from a company 3 different time's, and two out of the three time's, it arrive's late, that's bullshit.
