As some of you may know I have working on my t2 conversion for over a year, I have spent thousand of dollars and I can't even count how many hours. Now I have been waiting on 1 final piece. The custom fuel rail from k2rd. I noticed on rx-7store.net's site it was $50 cheaper, I have heard bad news about them be4 but I couldn't pass this up. So weeks go by, nothing, I call them yesterday they said we put the order through and still haven't recieved it. I called K2 today, they never placed the order. So here I am sitting around waiting for a ******* rail to finish my car and its never going to get here. Well I am canceling the order through rx-7store.net and calling k2 directly, I will never use them again. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/angry.png

How bout the nopistons store? I think there are fuel rails on there now..

make sure they dont charge your card, it wouldnt be the first time they charged someones card and didnt send anything

What was the price at rx7store? We carry them on nopistons store and are an authorized reseller for k2rd, so even if it isn't listed we can get it....

Isn't that against the better business bureau rules? Shouldn't they charge your card when they send the item? Either way, I learned the hard way...I waited 8 months for a radiator...and all I got was an apology when Jason finally sent it.... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/ohmy.png

same scenario for me early last year..

ordered the ypipe of which i was told upon order was in stock..

two weeks passes and a phone call to them yields "backorder from their supplier"..

my card was also charged and accruing interest from day of the order...

I ordered stuff from jason, yeah a fluidyne radiator took 4 months to get to my house. Phinsup can you get an hks undivided manifold for the fc and a 40mm standard wastegate, I would perfer to buy from someone other than rx7store

I am not set up with HKS, I think rotaryextreme is though.

Same thing happened to me. I asked Jason to verify that he had the parts I needed in stock. He got off the phone and came back like three minutes later and said, "Yeah I've got them right here, I'll ship it all today". I asked are you sure because my car is in pieces and I absolutely have to have these parts by Friday (I ordered first thing on a Monday am). He assured me it would be no problem.



Friday came and part of my order came. Mind you, not the items that I specifically requested that he check to verify were in stock. I called the following Monday and was advised that they had been drop shipped and it was unknown when they would get there. I said "So you basically lied to me?" and guy said that Jason had just been confused. Needless to say my credit card was charged that very first day. I finally received the parts another week or so later....



That is not good customer service and that is the reason that I will NEVER ORDER FROM RX7STORE AGAIN. I have also been sure to tell every other 3rd gen owner I know not to use RX7 Store. This is the 3rd time I've had a negative purchase experience with them. I should of learned the first time.
