I just wanted to make everyone aware of a seller on ebay by the name of importresurrection1 (Craig Laoudermilk). This person doesn't appear to be interested in solving miscommunication issues once the items have been paid for.

I wanted to buy a leather shift knob for my 2g eclipse. I don't like the rubber one so I wanted to simply upgrade to the leather one that was available on later models. This seller had an eclipse knob on ebay, not stating if it was rubber or leather. I send an email asking if the leather was in good condition. His reply was 8 out of 10. I was satisfied with that, considering the rest of the car is 6 out of 10. His shipping cost was about 3x what it would cost to actually ship so I negociated a lower price and sent him the funds.

When I recieved the knob, it was rubber. I sent an email stating that I was under the impression that it was leather, considering that I had specifically asked about leather in our correspondance. His reply was that he didn't beleive they made leather knobs on the Eclipse (not true) and that he must have missed the leather detail in my question (my question was a one sentance email!). So there would be no consideration. His exact phrase was "I don't see how that is my fault".

I consider this unacceptable. I'm stuck with a useless part because the seller doesn't read his emails? The sign of a good business is how the customer is treated when something goes wrong, Clearly this busness falls on the bottom end of the scale.
