Whats the plan if it rains? Its still a go right? I mean if its some nasty disgusting day out, do we go for it and hope for the best? How many are booked to come now anyhow?

I'll be changing a head gasket on a Geo Metro, but I SWEAR it's not mine!

There are 50 confirmed paid cars.

The park has multiple covered areas so they will not give us a rain date.

This day is a go... rain, sleet snow.

That should only take you 3/4 of the time of changing a 4 cylinder right? lol

Let me be the first to have a wise-ass answer to your question...if it rains, the true rotorheads get wet and the wannabes stay home and cry. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

vosko 06-14-2002 09:26 AM

Rob x-7 06-14-2002 02:56 PM

Ill be coming either way, if its so shitty out, maybe make it a shorter day, if its pouring, I better bring some wet weather gear for the ride being as how dry a ride it is in a convertible, lol.

I keep checking the weather all day. every hour it gets better. it's down to only a 10% chance of showers!!!!https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

I just made the mac and cheese, tray weighs like 20 pounds, I'm making about 15 pounds of baked beans tomorrow, and a friend is making 30 pounds of sausage peppers and onions. That plus a shitload of burgers and dogs. You guys better be hungry!!!!

Just a friendly reminder. If you are coming to the BBQ in a non rotary car you will have to park in a seperate lot than the 7's. We do' not have enough room. It's only about 1/8 mile down past the BBQ, signs will be posted.

Thanks,

Jay
