Like I said old school wheels.. but for 200 bucks with no curb damage and decent tires I will take them!
A lot better than 195/75/14's Which would you take? 215/60/15 or 195/75/14 ???? Besides looks a lot better in person. The car has some dark pin style graphics on it that help the wheels out. gives the car a nice clean old school look. Gotten a fair amount of compliments on them. But I love the polished lips setup. Also yes Import wheels tend to be a bit more extreme than domestic ones. Well at least the rwd domestics... But I think those gunmetal wheels in a 17 or 18 would look pretty damn good! here is another shot of the wheel on the car.... |
Those Enkei's are clean as hell, i'd run those.

here is a pic of my old school 15's on my 2.3 Mustang Those rims are as old as you Bigtime, keep in mind that there was about 2% of the choices of rims available these days as there was back then ( in the mid 80's), NO ONE HAD 16, or 17" rims, if you had 16's they were exotic and found only on a set of $3500+ rims, or the worlds most exotic cars. BY the way, those RS5s are $125 a piece from Whalen Tire, I was thinking of putting those on my other car when I paint it in the next few weeks after I finish the body work , insurance is paying me $660 a rim for my OEM wheels times that by the 2 that got damaged, and I got enough for a whole new set of rims AND tires! Almost a good thing my car getting hit, the total damage was adjusted, then it will get supplimented Monday, so the total amount will be about $6500. |
I was planning on getting them from Whalen...it's about $930 shipped for rims with tires mounted and balanced and new lug nuts.
