those don't have fat lips......i don't think maybe 1" lip... i could be wrong though

Nice wheels, Rage. The 9.5 x 17 looks good. You know, you can run those all the way around with 47-mm offset don't you? You'd need to stay with 255/40-17 tire sizes though. You might be able to do 265/40-17 if you roll your front fender lips.
