Anybody know where I can get these rims (Andrew Racing V), besides from Veilside. I emailed them and have not heard back yet? Don't know how much 17's or 18's cost. I saw some for sale on Ebay, but I would like them new. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cmartinp28, those are not the rims I'm talking about. I tried a search on google and came up with nothing. Just the Veilside website. They don't list how much they are. Also Freestyle Reaction, keep talkin, u drive a weak second gen. Still talkin ****, what?

75 Repu 06-03-2003 02:04 PM

Those rims are offered through Veilside..

Call veilside direct. If i recall correctly, the wheels are $300-$380 each, custom built to order, available in diameters 17-19" and widths 7.5-11" And I am really fond of the Andrew V, but I think they they weighed too much for my taste. Anyway, call them, but be prepared for at least $350 each plus shipping.

zerocool 06-03-2003 02:47 PM

Thanks Sinful7. I actually got the number before I checked the replies on this forum and called Veilside. 18" rims go for $4000 for a set of 4. They're custom built 3 piece rims. Ouch! Those rims are so bad.

Sinful7 06-03-2003 03:07 PM

Hehe, well, I'm glad you finally got a straight answer! Better look into something else.. If you like the 3 piece wheel and the shiny stainless steel lip, the SSR GT3 is much more affordable, though it's still pricey!

djgiantrobot 06-03-2003 03:47 PM

zerocool, you have some nerve coming on here and for you first post asking for veilside wheels and for you second post saying that 2nd gens are weak. No one is impressed, especially not me. My car does suck though, they don't make veilside parts for it, now if you'll excuse me i'll get back to discussions actually about cars and not about fashion accessories. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/BURNOUT.gif

Sinful7 06-03-2003 05:04 PM

Easy guys, let's not forget, this isn't the club. He asked a simple question, got a response that was percieved to be nasty, and retaliated. Just a simple misundertanding. Let's let hard feeling go and not start flame war here...

zerocool 06-03-2003 06:42 PM

Sounds like someone else was offended. Don't have fellow members initiate a stupid response and there will be no offensive remarks made. By the way I've been on the forum for a little while so its not like I just came on here. Also it was just a question. Besides my car is not stock so a fashion accessory I think is justified. Thanks Sinful7. Any more questions, now this is my FOURTH post, so am I entitled to my own opinion.!!

Thanks guys for all the reccomendations. I appreciate the input. Those Andrew Racing V rims look so tough.

Geoffman72 06-04-2003 08:45 PM

Those are definitely the only good looking wheel veilside offers, and it looks pretty nice at that. I would think twice about calling second gens weak though. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

Uh.. ooookay..

You know, I really like the Volk Racing GL57-Pro. Forged wheel, lightweight, not quite that pricey.
