Well, i came across a killer ass deal (IMO)

The wheels are in town (houston,tx) and i can pick them up whenever...

Enkei Aegis (in chrome https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR but ill fix that somehow https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png)

(2)17x8F i believe the offset is +38 front

(2)17x9.5R and i think these are +38 also

(2) 255/45R17F

(2) 275/40R17R

the wheels are used and the tires are 50%.

what you guys think they are worth?

vosko 05-12-2003 04:52 PM

i'd expect $1000 and

ROLL YOUR FENDERS NOW

you are gonna get some nice rubbing with those tires in the back

i just noticed 255/40 in the front! umm i don't think those will work. 255/35 maybe if they even make those . go with 225/45 will rub slightly on big bumps.......

Benny 05-12-2003 05:40 PM

yeah, i figured the wheels would be too wide, the rears shouldnt rub.. they never did on my 93 base https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

the fronts is what im worried about.. ill prolly go out and get some 225/45s like you said https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

btw.. im paying $750.00 for them. Wheels are in perfect condition.

rx7machine 05-12-2003 05:50 PM

They look pretty good.. Oh yea, and just wondering.. If someone has all the bolts-ons and goes to the strip a few times a month.. what is a good size of tires for the front? and back? Or does the sizes really matter? I know, the bigger the tire, usually.. the better the traction.

75 Repu 05-12-2003 05:51 PM

Damn $750? That is a fookin good deal..

Rob x-7 05-12-2003 06:02 PM

you lucky ****

Benny 05-12-2003 06:55 PM

https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png i went to look at them today, the lips need to be spit shined a bit and one wheel has very minor curb rash, i talked the guy into swapping the front tires out for me, to some 225/45's and possibly dropping the price on them a little bit. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif but all in all they are in pretty good shape. The offset is still unknown, but its possible that the front is +37 and the rear is +38 Im gonna test fit them tomorrow at their shop, and if they fit... ill take em https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

I love those wheels. Too bad they aren't 18's.

Benny 05-12-2003 07:18 PM

yeah, i was really set on getting 18s.. but i figured this deal was too good to pass up.. so they will do for now...

btw..

IF the offset is 37 on the front can i fit a 235/40R17 up there on a 17x8?

FikseRxSeven 05-12-2003 07:38 PM

thats a good deal benny...... so.... what happens to the iforge wheels now?
