i am in the midwest.. roads here suck! i have debated many times over to lower my car or not too.. i decided ill keep the stock height of the car.. therefor im prob going to keep the stock coil springs, unless there are better out there that will let me keep the car around stock height!

anyways i have been debating since i will keep the car at the stock height should i still spend money on buying coil overs? or just buy a sweet set of adjustable shocks and get new bushings all around??

what do you guys think? and are the stock r1 springs worth while for just daily driving and some light action on the street?

no real need for coil overs for an fd, the eibach prokit is good, even with the stock shocks

if you wanna stay stock spring, then some adjustable shocks, will help the ride, r1 shocks are way stiff

so running the stock springs with the tokio adjustible shocks will be qa good combo for the street? i just dont want to lower the car thats why im keeping the stock coil springs..

excellent! thanks for the help man! cant wait to get them put on then! while im there I may change all the bushings since ill be under the car anyways and the money i saved from not buying the coilovers can fund my bushing set!

then my suspension should be done for the street

would it be the same with a tii im runnig tokito blues and intrax springs should i just get the pillow ball joints or are full coilovers the way to go?

depends, on what you wanna do with the car

intrax kinda sucks either way....

the tokiko blues are ok for stockish springs.

with an fc most people do coilovers do get camber plates. ride height is nice adjustable, but it handles best in a certain range, thats not that low
