I've been riding on HP+ for about a thousand miles now. And I absolutely hate it.
The brake dust is unbelieveable. I'm completely fed up with it. I do not track the car at all, so the HP+ are completely unnecessary. I'm switching back to either stock or HPS (which supposedly has almost no brake dust, anyone car to comment?) Mazda wants $200 for stock brake pads. Damn crack heads. I guess i'll sell the HP+ pads if anyone wants them. 50 bucks, my car is a 93 |
$200 for stock pads ??? click on the mazdatrix link! $88 https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Uh.. HPS definetly dust, but they're not too bad.. and they're asbestos free!!
|
yeah, HPS do dust a bit, but not terrible. After a day of cruising through the corners with other 7s getting on the brakes HARD my rims will only have a light dusting.
|
dust on your rims covers the blemishes and shows you are one hardcore muther****r
|
Brake dust also pits your rims if you dont clean it off regularly.

right now i have axxis metal masters on my FD... they are pretty good. i need to change the brake fluid and have the SS brake lines installed pretty bad though!
|
i have used ebc greens on my boss's suburban (towing 46ft trailer with car)
to my gtu and i love them...minimal dust and nice to rotors |
I put HP+ on my front and now the back wheels are dusting up much worse than before, apparently there is too much dust for the front wheels alone. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
So sad, now my once a week car washing isnt enough unless I start putting alot more miles on the motorcycle or the REPU. |
i heard those greens are pretty good on brake dusts ............. i dont konw how they are on stopping
isnt that made of kelvar? |
