I'm switching from my Eibach pro-kits to Ground Control sleeves with Eibach custom rates. What do you experienced FC autocrossers recommend for spring rates? 350 front, 250 rear?? The car is street driven occasionally but I dont care about that... just wondering about best rates for autocross. The car is a lightened S4 base... haven't weighed it but likely around 2400-2500 so I figured I may be able to go a bit softer on the spring rates. Also, anyone have the GC or Koni bumpstops? What camber plates do you recommend? I am sticking with the AGX shocks/struts I have now.

Thanks.

400/250 is good, if you have the shocks. at 2400lbs it will be fast in the turns once you get the right ride hieght and stuff

Thank you guys.. 400/250 sounds good especially because the car is still a bit tail happy even with the big RB front sway bar/stock rear bar combo.
