a while back, i bought a used os giken twin plate clutch....

i thought that the discs were too worn down to be worth putting back in the clutch so i decided to overhaul the clutch with new discs and dividing plates.

i finally decided to open the box with the new discs and saw that it wasnt much thicker than the old discs.

would the old discs worth holding onto... or you guys think its garbage?

They don't look that bad but, I don't know how confident I would feel about putting a used clutch in a car, but that's just me.

I'm not a clutch expert or anything but, can the old one be resurfaced? would it cost less than just buying a new one?

I dunno about you but I will most certainly use more than one clutch up during the life of my car, I would hang on to it/them, if that was the case.

to add, at first I thought the pics were of the clutch discs on a bed, either you have a tiny little bed, or those clutch discs are HUGE! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif
