Hello guys I got a good deal for 6 speed MT and decided to swap it with my old 5 speed MT. I can't do it myself so the shop will do it and here is the problem - I need to know what else do I need besides the transmission I have because the shop won't keep it long enough for me to find all the other parts I need. So so far I was thinking to get the clutch kit and flywheel. What else I'm missing? By the way I have low power europe rx8 version.

 

Ive also considered this so would also like to know the outcome please if anyone has any information or ideas please

 

I have just done this, I ended up putting the 6 speed fly wheel and clutch, and the starter. That was all that was needed on top of the box. Size wise you could use the 5 speed flywheel and clutch as they will bolt uu. I had the 6 speed one spare so put it in instead.
