Requirements to do a Renesis turbo conversion

What's required to change a Rensis to a turbo with about 10# boost. Just looking to get about 400-450 HP at the crank. My transmission (Hewland FTR) can only handle 240 Ft # torque. Can't risk trashing a $20,000 tranny.
Looking for reliability as it is a track car.
