Guys planning on upgrading my clutch to an ACT unit. ATM im running a XTD PP and racing beat unsprung 6 puck disk. I have no problems with it. I am about to replace my trans and figured I should change the clutch while it was out . The PP I have now is pretty soft, so it makes it easy to engage the 6 puck, but I was looking at the Extreme PP with a sprung 6 puck do you think itll be a better combo being the ACT disk is now sprung? Anyone have any expieriance or recommondations? Wy car is appx 300whp will be turning it up the power shortly will this clutch hold up? Will it be good to cruise around with?

Thanks,

James

I drove a 435 HP fc with the xtreme PP and sprung 6 puck recently and all I can say is SWEET. clutch pedal is a little hard at first but im used to driving a truck so it was not to bad. I was taking some drifting lessons and the car was beautiful clutch never skipped a beat. I think the clutch holds like 500+tq so you should be fine.

if your gonna DD the car dont go with an unsprung clutch, u can get a Heavy Duty Pressure plate but the disk would be more forgiving with a sprung clutch...
