I've looked at the Haynes manual but still don't quite understand how to remove the brake pads. It says to remove the pins, however I believe that I'm suppose to be doing somthing else first because the pins are stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

page 95 of this pdf describes the changing of the brakes. make sure if you have clips on the back of the calipers to remember what order and exactly what direction they went in. also pay attention to the way the brake pads look, each side is different from the other and you need to get the replacements back in the same as the previous ones

best of luck,

poor

that's my thought on it, but i figured i'd give him something with step by step instructions and pictures. haven't changed them on my fb yet but i remember on my fd they had small metal clips that held the pads in, and they'd only go back in one way lol
