1989 Mazda Rx7 s5

I have a 1989 very clean Rx7 I bought in summer of 2005. The owner had a supra engine in there that he pulled out before I picked it up. So it has a full CLEAN interior, just had an empty engine bay. No exterior rust, I spent a lot of time cleaning the underbody frame rails and the engine bay, then spraying it over.
For the motor of choice I bought a 13B-RE from jdmenginedepot.com. Installed a new clutch, and then dropped it into the car. Also bought more parts that I will list out..

Koyo Radiator
Generic IC
IC pipes
Mazdapseed transmission mounts
Banzai Racing engine mounts
Mazdatrix shortshifter
Optima Yellow battery
Battery Relocation Kit
Microtech LT10
WHAT IT NEEDS
Brakes (Pads, Rotors, Brake lines in the engine bay)
Wire up computer to motor (I have a guy, the famous Mazdero AKA Luis, ready for that if someone needs a guy)
Tires
Minor exterior engine work (connect throttle cable, remove some vacuum hoses, etc)
There may be more parts, I need to go through and see what i got. I'm going to try to sell the car as a project, if there is no interest I will sell the motor, trans, chassis, and misc parts separately. A few years ago when i bought this i had the time to work on it but no money, now I work alot so i have no time for the car anymore.
CLIFF NOTES
-Selling rustless 89 FC project car, 75% ready to drive
-Will sell motor/trans, chassis, and parts separate if no interest
-Reason for selling, no time to finish car
Looking to get $4000 for everything as it is, open to offers, will add more details later when i get home
