I am offering a lip that will fit FCs, these will fit S4 or S5 as you can see by the pictures.

These are hand laid fiberglass that I make in my shop, using black gelcoat, flexible resin and very good quality ( almost too good )

fiberglass matting, which includes 3/4 oz, 1.5 oz, and 7 oz.

I will trim them and you will only be responsible to drill the lip out for your vehicle, IT WILL BE MARKED for both

S4 and S5, but not drilled.

These will be hand made to order, but I do have a few sitting ready to go.

The price will be $190 each, shipped, no other shipping fees or paypal fees will be added.

If you wish you can pay me directly with credit card by calling me, my business accepts credit cards.

Little backround- I own and operate a very respected fiberglass repair shop, we have been in business since 1964 ( longer then I have been alive ) so these are not being made in my basement and I am not vanishing anywhere. I own the real estate my shop sits on so I am very stable and I am not going anywhere anytime soon.

Remember my price INCLUDES shipping and NO other fees will be added.

Want to save more money? Get a few people together so I can ship more then one out, the box is large but they weigh nothing so I can save you and your friends some money.

A proceed of the sale will go to Nopistons.com server costs in your name and for allowing me to sell these on the board.

Thanks for looking. The first few pictures are when the lip was on my cars, it needed a little work that you will see was repaired before I made the mold and produced parts after that one, some pictures are of other vehicles with the same lip so you can see what it would look like, big thanks to those members who posted pictures of thier vehicles.

email me at robf300...at...optonline.net, but you know to replace ...at... with @, or just send paypal to that address.

What type of resin are you using? (polyester, vinylester, epoxy) Basically should we worry about warping and cracking as the thing cures & ages in the sun?

I'd be curious to see and under body shot.

im using polyester resin. There is very little surface area to warp- remember its going to be bolted to your bumper and fenders, it wont crack.

What do you mean by underbody shot? Underneath the car when its installed? I showed a picture of the underside of the lip, imagine that on the car

Those do look good Rob.

I've got other priorities for the car right now, but if you are going to hang onto the molds chances are good I'll get one off you.

Out of curiosity, how flexible (or not) is the resin your using?

I am going to offer a lip painted noble white, code UC, this will be painted in DuPont Imron, the same paint I use on all my cars, VERY durable and high quality paint.

Painted in code UC this will be $240 shipped. Please allow ample time for this as I must paint the lip, polish it as needed, and let it sit a day or two before I ship it out, so figure 1 week min before I ship it out, and possibly up to 2 weeks before you get it with shipping times.

Note this matches the original paint, I cannot predict the condition of the paint on your car.

I will also paint them in black, but honestly the high gloss option achieves almost the finish of paint without the cost.

Meanwhile here are some more installed pictures, including my own car which right now is s5 with a s4 bumper on it
