i just picked up some sick old school mesh style wheels. 16x9 all the way around. they are going on my GTU (daily driver, renesis project). since this car will not being a "high performance" car. i wanted to make the look of the car as nice as possible.



i really like the "JDM DoRifto" look...lol on the wheels. wide rimes with skinny tires. i see it a lot on old school VW's too. so if my wheels are 9 inchs wide, what tire would i use for that? 7-8??? 215-225?

yeah 215-225 sounds about right. i would be looking at the vw vortex, see what they run, 9" rim seems common?

well, i think imma run the 225's, mainly because i have them on my FD wheels wich are currently on the FC. so i'll just swap tires.
