my lights wont come on

so my lights dont work ... my park lights and my tail lights ...now my berk lights work and my blinkers work but when i put it on the park light setting thay wont turn on? and at night when i have my head light on my tail lights whont eluminate? but agin my brake lights and blinkers work? any suggestions? checked all of the fuses and bulbs and every thing is fine i am really stummped
