How are you doing?

I have purchased a used Microtech LT8S and installed it in my 1988 Mazda RX7 Turbo car. I'm having a problem that im not getting spark to the Trailing coil #2. I have tried everything from changing the coil, CAS, and even re stripping the wiring harness and checking all connections and nothing. I am out of ideas and I was wondering if this could be an internal problem with the ECU. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Is it possible you're getting double spark on T1? If so, annd while I'm not familiar with the Microtech's wiring, it might be possible that the toggling lead going to the trailing ignitor isn't wired correctly.
