Not sure as what has happened, but here goes. Headlights come up, but no lights on. All fuses are ok, under hood and under dash. Is it the relay? There are two, one is FB11 and FB12? Oh yah its a 1988 convert if that helps. Everything is working ok, just no headlights for night driving.

Not to sound too stupid, but are you sure the bulbs are working? That might help someone give you an answer.

its probably the relay. the system operates on two seperate circuts, one for the lights, one for the motors. (so motors work, no lights sounds about right) you can try to disconnect the relay (the one furthest on the drivers side, front of the radiator I think) and jump the connector, but that'll take some electrical knowledge, if not go buy one from a parts store and swap. they're not too expensive but you'll probably have to order it.

do some trouble shootin first though man, cuddle up with a manual and a multimeter, and check the basics first (fuses etc)

good luck

Is it possible that one has been out for awhile now & you just didn't notice it until they both went out? Take 2 jumper wires from the car battery to the lights that you took out and see if they light, before you go buying new bulbs.

Cool

Ok, so I rarely drive the thing, and maybe the kid forgot to "tell" me the light was burned out of a while. Well I replaced the headlights and they are fine...ONLY time I get to drive it is when there isn't something right. KIDS
