will 17X9 +18 mm offset 4 X4.25 fit on a stock suspension fc rear

depends on tire size.

a little stretch, like a 235 and it should fit.

what is the widest tire i can get that stays under the fenders mabey flared but definatley inside the fenders will an 8 inch rim be better off

17x10 +24 with a 275 fits stock rear, maybe with a little roll.

17x9 +18 sticks out 7mm less, so probably like a 255 or something. i wouldnt go over that much on a 9, the sidewalls turn into baloons.
