Am a flight attendant and got the car in 1980. I moved overseas in 85 and my dad drove it around the block for years. Then when I came back I brought it up to New York in 97 and refurbished it. I haven't really driven it that much. No mods. I spent a lot on a good paint job--new hood and new hatch. Just put a new muffler on it, had the air conditioner converted, had it fine tuned with all new parts and put in a new stereo and speakers. But it needs new ball joints and there is some rust underneath on the front end and I don't drive it enough to warrant spending what it would take to fix it up. It's a great car. Runs like a dream for someone who would want to race it, and could work on it themselve. The relay and/or blower moter went out just after I got the air fixed--I took it to rotofest a few years back--it's British racing green. It's parked at my airline lot at Kennedy airport. Thanks for the offer. I just put a grand into it. New muffler--tune up, converted air conditioner and sound system. I'd really like to get at least that out of it. I'll keep your offer in mind.
