I've seen som FC's with black tail lights, just wondering what they used to paint them. I've painted my AE86 tail lights all red but how can I get my T2's black? Sorry for stealing this pic, just wanted to use it as example.

He still does offer it, but I think he said not until mid-October. He does a DAMN good job too. And he does not paint them, he tints them. You just need to send him the ones you have now, and he will send them back.

More specifically, tinted clear automotive finish.

I have a set of them myself, nice work, really.

After the vacation Rob should be accepting this type of work again, mid to late September I think he said.

i believe the pic you posted is photoshopped, i could be wrong but i dont think so.

Here is an example of rob's work on my car:

They're actually tinted and the lights are only a little darker when theyre on then before. Overall its awesome and makes them look so much sleeker. He does an awesome job but youll have to ship him your cores etc etc. Also i would guess he wouldnt be starting to do these that often again as he just got married and is working on a few very serious business transactions at the moment, so his plate is rather full. but hey maybe he will do them when he come sback from hawaii.

actually he's in New York, about an hour maybe 2 hours from northern nj. He doesnt really do many cars, focuses on boats. The reason he did my car was sort of a "right time right place" kinda thing.
