Good Place To Practice Autocross Or Drift?

Anyone know a good place to practice autocrossing and/or drifting? Preferably in the Kent/Auburn area but beggars can't be choosers I guess. I'm just trying to find a safe place to practice regularly and legally. Are there any clubs with regular practice in the area or something like that? If you know of anything, let me know!
