I've got a Half Bridge FC that I was running a 60-1 on. That turbo went bad so I bought two to4b's. Turns out those are both crap. A week a go I bought a T70 which I'm sending back because I can't get a hotside big enough for it.

Now for the real question. What turbo should I go with for my car? I've heard a lot of talk about the T04R but thus far I"ve only found one place that sales them. I've been giving the T78 some serious thought, but I can't find them outside of a kit to price just the turbo.

Where did everybody get there turbos from? Anyone provide outstanding or notable service?

A To4R will compliment the Half-BP very nicely...and a T-66 would also be a pretty good choice. You can go bigger depending on what your goals and plans for the car are. But, be sure you concentrate on the right size exhaust housing which would be somewhere in the range of 1.15, and P-trim should be just fine.

I bought my turbo from www.cheapturbo.com (one of the forums sponsors). I believe they are now Phoenix Turbo. Overall, I was pleased with the buying process from them. Talk to Ken if you call them, he's a stand up guy.

Ditto.. I just purchase their model TO4R (Garrett doesnt have this yet but so what) and changed my housing to a 1.00 divided. Ken has been a very good at the service end.(sold my GT40)
