My Greddy turbo kit came with a hose like that but it goes from outside to the mushroom filter, instead of from the compressor to the outside (or filter) like the one in the pic. But its too small in diameter to clamp to the turbo. I will check home depot anyway (LOL) to see if they have anything suitable.

Billion makes some shite like that. Mostly for brake ducting its popular, but yeah that totally looks like the HOME DEEEEPPOO
