What would you do differently with your setup if you were given the opportunity to do it all over again?
Bigger turbo? Different EMS? Just looking for opinions and experiences of others. |
I would have gone with haltech instead of PFC and I would have gotten something bigger than the apexi turbo, so I did.

thats a good question, i think my fc would have stayed 2 rotor now that i know how much work it is

after i got a ride in works2r's hks t04r car i like that alot even better than the gt3540. possible ems i would try a MOTEC.... if i had the $$$ . i love my haltech though. can't complain one bit :bigthumg:
one thing i did was buy the apexi fmic. its a great intercooler but i sold it a few months after i bought it even though i didn't even install because i saw how much nicer the greddy 3row is. greddy costs alot more though... lol |
How is works2r's car doing. I tried to PM him to get some info about it but I heard nothing.
I've been talking to Dragon, Van, and some others about what turbo will meet my goals and it sounds like t04r/t66 all the way. Now that you said you like the t04r better then yours(t78) that makes it look even better |
for a street car i like the T04R better. for a race car i like the T78 better. his T04R is so smooth. its insane!

Would have started with atleats a turbocharged 7 from the factory, maybe even an FD. That really covers it. Would have saved all the money instead of borrowed. Being on this forum i got the right **** this(conversion) time the, 1st time.
