depends on the turbo, but I'd say you should be able to do it at 17-20psi no problem

somthing like a 1.15 p-trim or a 1.0 q-trim exaust wheel and a T66 or bigger compressor housing. If you have a enough fuel and the right driveline and drop a T76 on there you should be able to break in to the 9's
