That's what I used with my HKS T-45S. It's steel(aluminum would melt with our hot exhaust temps).

huh???? That's how the two surfaces seal together.

It's like a gasket then????Also Is my turbo housing steel or aluminum??Might have a friend weld the V-band on at work if its steel.

The compressor housing is Aluminum. The exhaust housing is cast Iron.



The v-band is gasketless. It does tend to leak initially, but eventually the two flanges warp together. If you take off the front pipe, put some grease inside the clamp. It will burn off, but it makes installation easier.

www.horsepowerfreaks.com sells them. Got mine through them. Not too bad on the prices.
