What turbo manifolds allow use of an air pump? I only know of the HKS ones. (are they tubular, BTW?) Also, can an electric air pump be used with ordinary manifolds? Thanks

Anyone?

The air pump goes to the catalytic converter, not the manifold.
The problem with most turbo kits is that they position the turbo where the air pump goes. |
Ah, I understand. I've heard of GM electric pumps to substitute?

Some people run the car on alcohol as well to help out. You can pass with no EGR or other emissions crap, a PFC tuned a specific way, main cat, corvette airpump, and alcohol with a good sized ported motor.. All this info is coming from WARGASM, he has passed his car with this setup (after 7 tries using different tunning https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif ) |
