Aight folks another question for you turbo freaks i just got my turbo n manifold to put on my gxl but i heve anotther question since im such a sick sob i want to go faster ad my buddy just happens to be building a GrandNational what i was wondering is will the stock T3T4 turbo off of the national fit on my turbo 2 manifold??

It won't, you would need a T3 manifold for your 13b.

nxrx 07-01-2003 07:01 PM

so it would fit on a 93 manifold?>?

If you had a t3 manifold for a 93....

Exhaust manifolds are interchangable between the 2G and 3G turbo motors, right?

I was wondering that earlier, I'm not sure.... I assume they would be...

When we installed the HKS Cast T4 (FOR a S4 TII)Manifold on Reese's 13BRE, we had to slightly grind the lower ears of the manifold to get it to mount on the 13B-RE. JOhn

Why would you want to choke your engine's power with a T3/T4 turbo? T3's are SMALL...they should be left for Honda's. Rotary's have enough exhaust pulses to push a large T4 with a "small" exhaust housing like a P trim .84

Assuming you are referring to 2nd gen (13BT engine) and 3rd gen. (13B-REW engine) No the exhaust ports on the 3rd gen are huge compared to the second gen.
