With single turbo you actually get better gas mileage as long you drive under 3500 or 4000 rpms. the spool up on most single. They are alos less restrictive so less heat in the engine bay. But if you do want to wip it out :squirt: man do i feel sorry for the guy who thinks he can beat you. A good upgrades is peter ferrell intercooler if you stay in the stock zone 10, 12 psi. But if you want more psi then think about a few engine mods and a large upgraded front mounted intercooler.

Go single if you havwe the money. Thats way too expensive for twins. There is too much complexity, clutter, and **** to break with the twins and their control system. The response is nice, but with a properly sized single you can simplify the car, make it more reliable, and still have good spool time with better top end.

A crucial question is your home state and clean air laws. Most folks in California say single is out of the question. I don't think you can go single and meet most state's clean air standards. If this is a car you want to keep driving day to day, that is the first question, can you get through the inspections regime?
